We ask that you care for your dental health to the best of your ability on a daily basis and follow through with your dental plan.
We will reserve time especially for you in our schedule. We will give you our utmost attention and care and will rarely keep you waiting. If you are unable to keep you scheduled appointment we request you notify us at least 2 business days in advance.
We have the responsibility to use our best professional care, skill and judgment in helping you achieve your dental health goals. As a team we commit to give you up front information on finances; including cost, payment options, and when the payment is expected.
We are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality of care and service in a state-of-the-art environment. Our fees are the same for insured or uninsured patients. As a benefit and convenience to our patients, we electronically file your insurance claims. All co-pays or non-covered expenses are collected at the time of service.
